I would be looking at previous Egyptian kings and Queens.
I cant imagine that the daily life of earlier pharoahs would have differed much to the later Ptolemy kings of Egypt.

Most of Cleopatra's day would have been spent visiting the shrines and making sacrifices to the gods and other important religious duties.

As Queen / Pharoah of Egypt, Cleopatra would have had huge responsibilities towards ensuring worship daily at the altars of the Egyptian gods ie Amon...

The rest of the day would have been attending to matters of government - reading scrolls, listening to advisors, receiving ambassadors / representatives from neighbouring tribes, and receiving representatives of the various areas within Egypt.

And any spare time would have been spent watching her back against the intrigues of her brother and family - when she came to the throne as the wife of her brother - who was busy in intrigue with the Romans.

The rest of the time would have been spent with her military advisors to protect her kingdom against the intrigues of the Roman Empire.
