I am very young and in highschool and I dnon't know where I should apply to college. My mom doesn't want me to go out of the are because Im twelve but there are no colleges that I want to go to. I want to go to a prestegious university but she won't let me...I can get into a good college but she wont even let me apply. Please Help

The thing that you have to realize is that by the time you are in college, you will be an adult and able to make your own decisions. The only thing she can do is to not pay for a college that she doesn't want you to go to. But you will be able to make it, by taking out student loans and perhaps working part time to make money.
As far as applications go, if your mom won't let you apply to a school then you can still apply, you will just need to pay for the applications yourself.
But for now, just focus on getting good grades in challenging classes. You don't need to start considering specific colleges until at least sophomore year, if not junior year.
