is cintas a good place to work for?

I think so. My husband was looking in to the company and reseached it and knew a few people who worked there and it seems reputable and good paying and bonuses, ect. Here in Michigan though you cant get a job to save your life, so he wasnt hired because they wanted a bachelors degree since they could get those people to do it for lack of other jobs. Good luck!

Aren't they in some sort of strike? Or atleast threatning to strike? That's the word in the street. you might want to look into it.
