1. why dose the brain have the ability to think

Imagine how well humans would survive if we didn't think. We would be wiped out by predators rather quickly.

Thinking is a function of survival, without thinking we would not survive as a species.

When you "think" about it you realize that there aren't really any mammals (at least) that don't think.

An evolutionary advantage we developed. By the combination of memory and language, we developed the ability to predict the future by remembering the past, and could pass that knowledge to other members of the species who did not share the same experience firsthand.

This is all because of the "Imagination". Human can think because they can imagine.
