Sew them what,,,,,,,,,,,,A new suit ?

It honestly depends on what you asked the dealer for. If you asked for the transmission to be rebuilt: they do just that. If you asked for a swapped transmission, they usually swap the damaged one with a used, quality-test passed refurbished one to save money on core charges. If you asked for a brand new one and they gave you an old one, then you have every right to complain and if necessary, take them to court.

If you just asked for them to swap transmissions and they gave you a refurbished one, give it a try- it should run just as good as an off-the-factory-line new one.

However, before you sue them, try talking with the dealer first to see if they will correct the problem. If they do not, then you can take more assertive action at that point.

Sew a dealer to what. Are you using a sewing machine or going to do it by hand ?

a lot depends on if you have your paperwork and were promised a new one then yes you can,but if you don't have all the paperwork then it could cause you more trouble than its worth. small claims court would be the way to go its about 50.00 to start it and if you win they have to pay you that back as well,and most attorneys will give you a free consultation
