Even though I just had it, I have already forgotten a lot. I was talking to someone, complaining about the fact that I was being blamed for something I hadn't done.

I said to the person, "It's not my fault. I'm rotting." I then touched the top of my head with a napkin and realized that the top of my head was putrefying!!! Everything else on my body looked (and felt) fine. I don't usually have such vivid dreams, let alone nightmares so I am quite freaked out.

I know this dream seems scary, but dreams are a way for the subconscious mind to get a message across to the conscious mind. To be blamed for something in the dream could mean that there is a situation in waking life in which you are taking the fall for something you did not do. The head is where the intellect resides, where your thoughts and consciousness are. You may feel as though some vital part of you has been attacked. The decay or rot may be you feeling "rotten" about the situation.

The crime you were being accused of was that of farthing in the company of others. The napkin represents both the protection from the offending, nauseating stench and in its whiteness, the melting of the polar caps represented by your cranium.

Prognostic: subject feels a profound guilt for his impromptu gas emissions. Would advise staying away from Mexican food. Subject would also benefit from intensive hypnotherapy, colon cleansing and the wearing of a toupee.

You may feel like you are stuck. You were an avid learner or very involved in a certain group and you have not been so lately. The rotting of your head and the defensiveness is your feeling guilty about it. My 2 cents.

Most dreams are really random, it may mean nothing. Just think about things that have recently happened to you. Has someone blamed you for something you haven't done? If not, it's probably just a random dream.

Blame
To dream that you are being blamed for something, suggests that you are feeling powerless and helpless in some waking situation.

To blame someone else for something you did in your dream, indicates that you are trying to deflect responsibilities for your actions.

Doesn't mean anything, it's just a dream. Usually it's people that are bored or frustrated w/ their lives that try to find meaning in their dreams.
