Yes, an example will be Sir Paul Mc Cartney. He is a cute ol' lefty!

What handed you are does not make any difference how talented you are. I know a few leftys that can play right-handed. One guy is just that good. The other guy was mistakenly taught to play right-handed, then learned to play lefty a few years later. He is good enough to be able to play one way and in the middle of a song, flip the guitar over and keep playing.

I don't know if lefty's are more talented. As for guitar, you could turn around a right handed guitar and learn to play chords upside down. Dave Wakeling of the English Beat plays guitar like this.

I'm left-handed! There have been many famous left-handed people, and the associated right brain hemisphere that is said to be more active in left-handed people has been found in some circumstances to be associated with genius and is correlated with artistic and visual skill. A common belief suggests that left-handed people are more intelligent or creative than right-handed people. Some studies have demonstrated a small positive correlation between left-handedness and creativity/intelligence. Left-handed people, are capable and comfortable switching between tasks. This seems to suggest that left-handed people have an excellent ability to multi-task, and evidence suggests that there are more creative stems due to this ability to multi-task.
Many famous people throughout history were also left-handed: Albert Einstein; Leonardo da Vinci; Picasso; and Jack the Ripper, Jimi Hendrix

Yes, you can play the guitar with your right hand, you'll just need to practice a little more to train your hands.

The lefties use their right side of the brain more than the righties.

So if the creative part of our brains are on the right side, then yes we are more creative.

A lefty can definitely do it, as long as you reverse the strings. It will look a bit silly if it's an electric guitar with one of those wa-wa handles, so go with an acoustic guitar if possible.

i haven't known a lefty to be more talented but yeah they can play just as well as other people, i think being left handed would almost make it easier.
