There are handsome latinos and ugly latinos - and most are pretty average. Just like everybody else... The accents do give them an edge though!

Some latinos are, but I believe that it depends on who is looking at you. I am white and I don't feel that most latino men are handsome. I look at some people and wonder how they ever got married. But they are accustomed to seeing other people that look like themselves, so they accept that look. I feel that many latinos eat badly. This gives them a severe acne problem and makes them overweight in general.
