8 for now. You might be light on RBI's. What may change is Kinsler, he is your X factor. If he stays down in the batting order he could see a big gain in RBI's and benefit from giving up the lead off role to Lofton. Teahen has a big upside, look at his numbers and they are decent until you realize that in a full season he will get almost 200 more AB's. If you equate those numbers to a full season as a starter you may have close to 30 HR's and 100 RBI's.
Delmon is still unknown, I don't like him this year. The only thing he has proven so far is that he can't control his emotions, which is not what you want in a hitter. If he can't control himself he may find a little bench time.

Pitching looks fine, I would try to move Escobar. He is a solid pitcher but you have 3 Angels starters. Even though I am a big Angels fan, this is about Fantasy and numbers. Having 3 starters from the same team is dangerous - go back a year and see how many 3 game sweeps there were and you'll see that 1 of your starters may not do so well when the others do. So you take 2 steps forward and 1 step back. 2 good uses for his spot are John Maine, NYM - he will win 15 games with a good ERA, WHIP and has a high K/9 ratio. The other use is often underused in roto, take a setup man like Zumaya who maintains a low ERA, WHIP and high K/9, if he contributes 3 or 4 innings a week it is like having a starter throw a shutout every week and a half but not getting a win. Over the course of a season it can help create an almost unbeatable ERA, WHIP and K's line. I used Shields, Zumaya and Rafael Soriano in one league to give me first in 3 of 5 pitching stats. It's about the same as having Roberts on offense, he can only help with one stat but you know you can win the stat by using him. But with pitching you don't have to pull a pitcher to put them in, not all of you starters play on the same day.

C - Hernandez should put up solid #'s. 8/10
1B - Berkman is the most underrated player in MLB. 9/10
2B - Kinsler is a sleeper.pick. Try to get a better one, but still decent. 7/10
3B - Glaus is getting on in years, but should do well. 8/10
SS - Reyes is the best fantasy player behind Pujols. 10/10
OF - Bay is one of the top 7 OF's in fantasy. He gets 10+ steals, and 35+ HR's. Rios is up and coming, and should perform well this year. Young is good, but not great. Try to get a better third OF. In order: 9/10, 8/10, 7/10
Util - Teahen is good, but not great as well. 6/10
BN - I would put Overbay into the Util spot over Teahen. Overbay will give you 30-ish homers, and whould start for you. If oy need steals, then put Lugo or Roberts in, but otherwise, leave him on the bench. Try to trade Huff and Iguchifor a better 2B or OF. In the order listed in your question, your bench players are: 7/10, 8/10, 7/10, 7/10, 7/10
SP - Zambrano is one of the best SP's in baseball. Mussina may be getting old, but is worth a roster spot. 10/10, 8/10
RP - Ryan is a pretty good RP, well worth a spot. Gordon is ok, but is fairly old, and should be benched for Torres. Ryan=9/10, Gordon=6/10
P - Bedard is pretty good. Olsen is good, but not great. Weaver should be subbed in as soon as he returns. Lackey is also pretty good. Bedard - 8/10, Olsen=7/10, Lackey=8/10
BN - Weaver should preform well this year, as will Escobar. Torres should close for the Pirates, and should get a good 30 saves. 8/10, 7/10, 8/10
Overall, your team is in pretty good shape. I give it an 8.5/10

Its alright. I would've went for some more proven sluggers, Berkman is the only real proven slugger on your line up. I would try to trade for one more high profile hitter or look at free agents that still might be out there. I like the pitching staff and getting Weaver might prove to be a good investment.
