if its brand new then contact the store where it was purchased, most just send out an angineer and as its a noise problem then they will not need to take it away they will carry the spares should it need any to sort it there and then.do not in warranty time remove the covers even if there are no stickers to seal it.you coull replace a fan sure no problem but why should you ? you purchased a new pc and it is warranted and if everyone started fixing their own problems during warranty time then the manufacturers will not know about the problems with their items and product quality will degrade even further than it has already in the price wars of today.

either you have a bad cooling fan or a HDD going out or even the cdrom drive . cdrom only when you play cd's other wise not it. don't open it up if there are stickers that would voide the warentee. if none, then take the side panel off while it's running. check the fans . listen closely to the noise. if it is a fan, then it is easier for you to buy a new one instead of messing around with the warrentee of it. if it's anything other than the fans, then take it back for repair.

Same thing happened to my computer to, i just opened the side panel and the fan wasnt in the right spot it was slightly off to the side and hitting some parts of my computer therefore making that noise, make sure theres nothing blocking it.

sounds like you need to midasize it. could be a bad muffler or maybe a hole in the tail pipe. if you live in the state of California, you may need to check the catalytic converter too.
