I don't pronounce the t.
I didn't know (nor had I really thought about it) - until today - whether your were really supposed to pronounce it or not.
Webster's says...
of·ten /ˈɔfən, ˈɒfən; ˈɔftən, ˈɒf-/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[aw-fuhn, of-uhn; awf-tuhn, of-]
So - based on that - it's not improper to pronounce the t - but it's more common not to do so.

If you speak English properly you pronounce the T. That is if you are trying to sound sophisticated. Smart people know that how the masses pronounce the word is how the word is pronounced. We, the masses, pronounce it like "offen". That is, therefor, how it is supposed to be pronounced.

Depends on who I'm talking to. When I talk to those foreign, or if I'm trying to prove a point, I tend to annunciate more than when I'm talking a million miles an hour with someone in my own family.

Depends on the sentence I guess, if you were to say "I do this ofTen", then yes. If it goes, "I drink coffee offen" then no...
Am I right? Hahaha, at least I fink I am!

It depends on how a person talks, whether how they want to say the word, or how their accent makes them say it. I say "offen", while other people can say it with the "t" as well.
