You know those boxes that you get in the mail when you order something? Find one that's small enough for the cage, but large enough that your guinea can back into it and have room to maneuver.
Lay it on it's side so that the widest surface is upwards. Cut it carefully so that it's open on what now is the top. Wa La! A biodegradable, homemade litter box! (If the box is too tall, trim the sides down too. I wouldn't have the sides any taller than 3 inches, so she can hop in easily.)
Fill it with a guinea friendly litter - like maybe the corn husk or wheat types you see at the pet stores - and put it in the cage in the corner.
If at first, she doesn't use for a litter pan, help her by collecting some of her droppings and putting them in there. That will help to clue her what it's for.
With time & good training, she'll use & enjoy your new homemade litter pan! (Oh, and when the pan gets too icky for refills, throw it out, find a new box & start again!)
Edit: I wouldn't recommend plastic litter boxes for guineas because they're natural chewers. Its better to let them chew on something they can safely swallow on occasion, like cardboard & paper. Plastic pans are great for cats and ferrets, but for chewers. I'd recommend cardboard or cardboard-type pans you can purchase at pet stores, if you choose not to make your own.

I taught my rabbit to use a little kitty litter pan, by only putting shavings in that area. But he was out and about in the house most of the time. I used to keep my piggies in big tupper ware and just cover them with a towel at night. There are products that claim to attract small animals into "going" in one area.
