on the post cat o2, should the voltage vary from about 250-600mv with a slow switch time, and under heavy load demand should you see rich condition for a moment(like the upstream) or should the mv stay lower? what does the ecm look for to set a po420(cat eff.)

A GOOD cat? Slightly furry,with some purring going on.Feed it antifreeze,they love it! Oh,and kick it hard every now and again,they love that,too.
Oh,.5v-post warm up (closed loop) with variations between .7-.4 from feedback.Or whatever the others say,I'm off tonight.

.25v-.75v fluctuating slightly less then the pre-cat. it should not hang to high under accel. the cpu/ecm/pcm compares the pre and post sensors and the switching rate to set a p0420
