You and I is the proper way. Makes me think about that wonderful song by Jodeci with the same title. It's beautiful. Listen to it if u have not heard it.

Depends on the sentence your using it in.
Ex. You and I will get caught in the rain.
Grab you and me a drink.
If it's a sentence that you would use I if you were only talking about yourself then it would be the first. Same goes with the second, if you were using me.
Ex. I will get caught in the rain
Grab me a drink.

You & I.
I remember because the sentence should sound right and make sense (both contextually and grammatically) when you take out the "you".
If you were to say, "Why don't you and I go to the store?", it would be proper to say, "Why don't I go to the store?".
If you were to say, "Why don't you and me go to the store?", it would not proper to say, "Why don't me go to the store?".

That totally depends on the context. For example: You and I need to go to the store. vs. They were talking to you and me. This is because you can omit the other subject (you) of the sentence without making the sentence sound weird.

it depends on the sentence you write..
but the proper way is: "you and i.."

As the subject it's you and I.

If you and the other are the object of the sentence, then you and me.

Example:

They gave it to you and me.

But better to say us!

It changes... the way you can tell is to take the 'you' part out of it
e.g.

She is going to give it to me

She is going to give it to you and me
She is going to give it to bob and me

I am going to the concert

You and I are going to the concert
Bob and I are going to the concert

You and I, if it is in the subject of the sentence or You and me if it is in the predicate part of the sentence.

It's you and I. Say you have a sentence "You and I went to the store". You wouldn't say, "Me went to the store." You would say, "I went to the store."

depends on if you and i are the subject or indirect object
