I'm not sure where you got your ears pierced at but when I got mine pierced in the top part of my ear the carthlige it took a long time and patience before it healed all the way. maybe 2 years. I cleaned it everyday with alcohol on the outside without taking the ear ring out. Everytime I took it out it would hurt really bad putting it back in. My problem was it wouldn't heal on the inside of the piercing through the middle and I could not wear anything fake or any post ear rings only gold hoops. When I did take out the ear ring every month or so I would clean my ear and soak and clean the ear ring really good.
good luck.

First clean the earring and ear piercing with alcohol, hydrogen peroxide or another topical skin disinfectant. Then try putting an antibiotic cream like Neosporin on the actual earring and then putting it in your ear. When the Neosporin gets into the piercing it helps the infection go away and the skin to heal faster.

I've had my ears pierced since I was a little child and this still happens to me. You might be allergic to imitation metal.
Your best bet is shelling out a few extra bucks for real gold or silver earrings. A little more expensive, but you can leave them in your ears as long as you want without becoming irritated or infected.
If your pocket isn't that large, you can buy cheap sterling silver earrings but wear them for no more than one day at a time (i.e. take them out before bed). That should do the trick.

i had a similar situation...i ended up having to let my ears close, then just get them re-pierced. my advice to you is to go to a professional tattoo/piercing parlor to get them redone. the problem with using a mall (aka Claire's) place is that the gun used to pierce the ears is all pressure, and its possible that the earrings that they use aren't what they say they are...meaning that they aren't good for sensitive ears. piercing parlors use needles...yes it looks scary, but its so much more sterile, and they usually pierce with surgical steel hoops, which are very easy to clean.
and the blood and crusty stuff is either more infection, which might mean you need to be put on an antibiotic, or blood plasma from your still healing ears. it might take 6-12 months for you to heal after your infection. but i think that if you're still oozing, you definitely need to go to a doctor.
hope this helps!

Make sure that your wearing "real" jewelry.
Fake jewelry will cause infections, especially ppl with sensitive skin. I can only wear pure silver or gold, if I wear like that fake silver than my ears break out.
Otherwise, just make sure that everytime ur wearing ear rings that you wash it very good with either alcohol or some type of cleansing substance. <3

i get this once in a while too. although they are pierced like 1 - 2 years ago. but i apply johnson baby oil. and my earring gets through easily without hurting. if it continues to bleed i think you should try changing your earring. its the material thats cause your ear to bleed.

are you putting in at least 14K earrings? any other metal, you shouldnt. I had the same problem, so i wear gold and it cleared up so fast. plus, keep your ear and the earrings clean with ear solution.
but if you truly cannot handle anything, Macy*s has good clip ons =D

You might be allergic to nickel. Everytime I put my earrings in they end up itching and then sore. Try nickel free earrings.
