Pay off my college tuition, buy my parents a house, by myself a house, buy a car, donate money to charity, invest some of the money, and travel.

Hey, hold on a sec. This is a HUGE amount. This is ten thousand million. Yep, that's right. Even if I earned a hundred million bucks a year (which is still more than I'd know what to do with), I wouldn't make 10 billion in my lifetime.

After paying off bills and buying a few dozen houses and cars (mere pocket change!), I would buy a few aircraft and hire my own pilots. I would go on vacation every weekend and during the week I would sit on my *** in my mansion and type away at Y!A all day.

CLOTHES from guess, louis vitton, roxy all the nicest brands/designers, all 19 of the cd's that are on my to-buy list, a nice car like a bmw or maybe even a porsche in light blue(We have one, but its black.. i dont like black), big house with a huge swimming pool and diving board, clothes, more music, and clothes and music. And i'd donate a bunch of money to the needy people, maybe even build a home with good food and personal bedrooms for about 15 homeless people...i'd buy an airplane, and go to university still, and work to make even more money, might move to somewhere really nice like new york or LA, go to ALL the concerts of ALL my favourite bands, decorate my room, continue with my band.....the list goes on

I would talk to a financial advisor and get a lawyer. After I have done that, I would donate to various charities. Whatever is left, I would help my family and then live very comfortably in various parts of the world(all while volunteering for various organizations)

Spending money on social experiment to enrich the life of the poor, the fatherless, widows and orphans. Give them the basic infrastructure, roof over their heads, food in their stomach, blanket on their backs and a means for them to make a living by teaching them skills. Reach to as many lives as you can afford.

I'll spend it on traveling the world and the seven seas... I couldn't really say much other than that, simply because most people including myself won't know how to react to winning so much money.

I want a small cabin in the mountains. With ten billion I could have thousands of them. :) I'd share though.
