Put up the cameras during the day where all the employees can see what is going on. They will no doubt ask questions and then simply inform them that the cameras were needed for security. Put out a memo that the new cameras were installed for their safety and let it be. They have been duly informed. I am an ex felon and now work in a Jail and I can tell you that SOME officers are as bad or worse than some of the criminals they detain. They have not been caught yet. On the same hand I have had to inform some of them after reviewing the DVR's that they were in deep. Be sure and get good cameras and a good system. It is worth the extra money... We have 15 separate systems here and they were about $2500 a piece for a 4 camera quad system.

No other way. What cannot be cured has to be endured, Unless rights of a common man are ensured, we can better be dreaming.
Our political system should despise criminals. At present our politicians, even from the municipal councillor and panchayat member level has started resorting to undue influence, in contesting elections and it has become the order of the day.
This is being proved repeatedly by judiciary from various verdict of different states and actions of Central and State level Election Commission.
For the present if the NGOs who are closely associated to micro level, empower the public on human rights, perhaps we can cleanse our systems. Let us hope for better days to come, for the youngsters of this great land.

Cameras. Conspicuous ones. Someone to review the tapes. Fire anyone caught stealing. Word will get around, and it will stop.
I do not know what the legalities are, if you legallly are supposed to inform employees of the presence of the camera, or not. Probably not. Put them in the areas where the most theft is occuring.

Ruthless law enforcement alone will help. Mere platitudes and sermons will not bring about the results. The malaise is far too deep.

It is all because of us. We blame others but never try change this. We are go on condition members. We say that Bhagat singh , Mahatma Gamdhi are good men and left them , i mean 4get them . Why can't we change ourselves into them .
If one can't change himself he has no right to blame others.
