Israelis wear modern cloths, just like the cloths you see in the US, or Europe. Israel is a warm country, so naturally most of our clothing is short.
The Israeli society is made of many ethnic/ religious/ cultural groups, and each one of them has its own traditional clothing. Even the Jewish population of Israel (more than 70% of the general population) is not homogeneous, but made of many ethnic groups (Ashkenazi, Sephardic, Mizrahi…).
