can someone explain why someone such as me would suddenly get turned on by the site of seeing a person walk down my street?

What do you mean by " such as me " ? Are you a teen who has just reached puberty and can,t control your excitement? Are you gay or a UNIX, What ? It's not unusual to have a visual attraction for someone anywhere. Maybe your in heat. lol Whats your guilt @ ?
