I don't know if it will work, it got stolen at school, i never went to the police and i've had it longer than the 90 day warrenty thing and i never bought that apple plan thing to help. so i dont know if it'll even work. does anyone think apple will replace it? help? please.

They won't replace it, even if you showed them a police report they wouldn't replace it, they are still a company out to make money and if your left without a player through 0 fault on their part than thats another sale for them.

the only thank you to get a exchange for a stolen merchandise is to have coverage on it. your loved ones's domicile proprietor coverage in all likelihood covers the stolen iPod, yet i'd think of that the deductable is in all likelihood greater advantageous than the iPod is worth.

why should they? It's not their fault it got stolen!!! even if it's still under warrenty, that just covers technical problems concerning the iPod, not whether it gets lost or stolen!
