not 90%
may be 80% or 70% or 50% or lets supposed 10%
but may by 1 out of millions was arrested

because our society dresses them up like little mini brittney spears and christina aguilara and parades them around like they're 21. I've seen children's bras for girls age NINE and under that are padded and have crap like "Hottie" scrawled across them. And then we teach them that to be liked, you have to be hot and gorgeous and have sex with men. The problem is our society.

Why did you restrict it to girls when it takes two to tango?
Its a fact that grils & boys do it underage, its development, experimentation or just growing up.
Boys also lose their viginity!!!
Probably ok if consentual about the same age.

I don't know where you have heard or read those statistics. I'd say it is very inaccurate. I would guess that AT LEAST 60% of all girls have had sex by the time they reach 18 years old. That's just my guess.
And anyway, these most of these girls aren't having sex with older men. They usually screw their boyfriends who are also teenagers!
