Two ways I have found most effective. 1. Give free samples to garden clubs persidents, or others recognized as authorities in growing plants. Then go back to get their testimonials and ask if they would reccommend it to their members or followers. Word of mouth advertising is best and it's free.
2. Create a demand for it, or otherwise reverse market it. To do this, you'll need to advertise it telling of all it's virtures and benefits, etc... along with any testimonials you may have. In the ads, tell folks to ask for it at their local (name of store or garden center) When people start asking for it but it's not available, the vendors will be looking for a supplier... ta dahhhhhhh, you magically appear to fufill the vendors needs for what their customers are asking for.

you have some great fertilizer there, but door to door may not be the best.put an ad in the paper.the best way to advertize is by way of mouth.when people find out how good it is they will be knocking on your door..

no one wants anyone door to door bugging them, pick the people who look like they are interested in gardens and drop off a flyer, or send them a printed ad.
