Usually you go up to the place of employment where you intend to work and ask about politely if or how you may obtain a job application. You probably can ask most anybody who works there, but you may be directed to speak to one or two other people before obtaining said application.
Once you have obtained the application, it is my recommendation you go back outside and fill it out in a peaceful setting, maybe your car is good or take it home and do it. Do your best to fill it out in neat handwriting, doesn't have to be gothic new roman, but legible helps.
Then, take it back after it is completely filled out, you probably want to give the completed application to a manager.
