Anytime you come up with an error with a dll file it is best to either to do a restore to a previous day that things were running good or do a re-install of your OS.

Click start >click run >type in msconfig click on the startup tab then uncheck everything there except your anti virus and internet connection . Click ok and your computer will restart .

2) Do an online virus scan to check and remove virus and spyware if you still have viruses on your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

3) Get another anti virus program if your present anti virus program is not protecting you any longer
