I'm confused? You said your thighs are all muscle, but then you say they're fat. So... which is it? And chances are they are just extremely muscular. What you need is NOT to "loose" muscle, but try excercises that will make them lean... One good one is pilates. Another thing, if you have been cheerleading for 10 years, you are probably healthier than most people around you!!! Your thighs are just thick muscle and probably freak you cause you see them everyday. Chances are, you are the only one that notices this (or someone made a comment to make you feel hideous, when in reality: you're healthy, hot, AND a cheerleader). So, if you must, do excercises to lean and lengthen your muscle as well as tone them. If your thighs are more toned, then they'll look less bulky. Finally, thick muscle on your thighs probably runs in you family genes. As for a cool bathing suit to diminish the thick thigh effect: a type of boy short to make the transition from your thighs to your hips more proportionate, and pair it off with a top that accentuates or enhances your bust. This will create an hourglass effect and make you look sexy too!!! Good luck!!!

You can soak in a scorching bath with hot water to take a look at to chill out the muscle tissues. Being a rower is difficult. You have got to use specific muscle tissues that you do not usually use. You have got to be taught to do hot up physical activities. Try to do extra muscle firming physical activities in order that your muscle tissues may not be stretched an excessive amount of. I did a dragon boat race in which we simplest practiced as soon as per week and we had ache for awhile. Once your frame will get used to it, your muscle tissues may not believe such a lot ache. The cramps might be nerves. You are anxious approximately how you're doing within the rowing or whether or not you'll preserve up with the opposite rowers. Just chill out and feature a laugh.

Here's the thing- your problem is not that you have muscled legs, but that you hate the way you look. You say that you feel ugly and fat. You're going to think that way no matter how much muscle you have or don't have, because you haven't learned to love yourself. I'd go talk to a school counselor, a minister or family therapist. You can tell them anything at all- totally confidential. Let them help you to learn to love yourself as you are, instead of torturing yourself like this. Trying to force yourself to lose muscle definitely will not work, because when you're under stress, your metabolism slows down.

I'm a cheerleader too. For me my biceps are like HUGE. I hate them I wanna like chop them off. Lately I've stopped working out and that helped a little. If I were you I'd try getting a bathing suit with a skirt attatched to it. That would cover up part of your thighs which might help. Good Luck.

Do lots of pilate or ballet type stretching and four days a week of hard cardio to burn more calories/fat and keep the muscle.
