becuase i dont wanna downlaod anything, or buy anything. just play the friggan game. my pc screen(35") is bigger than my small tv, and i just wanna play halo 2 right now without turning on my xbox! lazy, yeah i know

as far as I know there are no decent x-box emulators that work effectively so youre kinda stuffed there, unless you want to join the microsoft x-box developer team and use ther development kit which requires a damn decent computer to work and even then is realy complicated to work out (dont ask how I know this :P)

You can't without downloading an Emulator, and the ROMs. For your system and games, they will be fairly large files.
