He survived because he never relied on his weight, he use his quickness and skills to break other big mans down. He also had, and still have great low post moves, good mid range shot ,and great vision on the court. Not to mention his good timing for rebounding the ball and blocking shoots, but most importantly was his desire to win, and his work ethic that kept him in this league and made him become one of the best players in the NBA.

He is THAT GOOD. He is driven. he is awesome. He's probably been the best player in the NBA for several years. He plays hard. He plays hurt, he defends, he rebounds---he dishes out assists. He's the best. not the greatest, just the best, and I hope he gets a title.

because his skill level is that of a 7 footer but also that of a 6'1 point guard. the only reason why he doesnt get as much respect is cause his team sucks.
