...you are in a public restroom taking care of things and the person in the next stall is on their cell phone?

I do find it annoying too. I actually find myself waiting for a break in the conversation to flush. Sheesh!

Classy aren't they? Is there no sense of decency? I had no idea that the cell phone would become so intrusive. We were at a nice restaurant and the man next to us talked at length about a medical procedure that he had. It ruined my lunch.

Yeah! Frankly I'd like to flush all cell phones. I'm so f@#%ing sick of hearing half of everyone's conversations in the bank, in the store, in the line at DMV, in a restaurant etc etc. What in the hell is so damn important everyone has to talk all day and night!

I just think it's rude to be using the bathroom and talking on the phone to someone same time. What does that sound like to the person on the other end? It might not matter to some but it does to me.

Yes, it is very unpleasant
unfortunately there is no escape - people are talking on their phones without having any consideration for the others in supermarkets, dressing rooms, while eating.....all public places

Not really, I don't care if there are people in the restroom talking to each other...same thing to me.

Yes! It also bothers me when I can't tell if they are talking on their cell phone or talking to ME.

You can't have any more privacy nowadays. Technology seems to follow you even in the most "sacred" of places.

It does if you don't realize that at first that they have a cellphone.

You hear someone say "Hey what are you doing?" you don't know if they're some kind of weirdo.

Especially when you have to ask the person if you have permission to flush the toilet... -_-
