How do you make video's size smaller so you can post them on sites like Youtube and Google.?

I havea video thats 2,000,000 KB
sites like yotube only accept 100,000
how do i make it a worse quality or w.e so it can be smaller?
like a program to suggest?

If using Windows Movie Maker (very simple), you have the option of setting the file size when you save the movie.

This is the BASIC operation:
-Open WMM.
-Import your movie file.
-Drag the clip to the storyboard at the bottom of the screen.
-Make any edits you want to make to the movie.
-Click on "Save to my computer" or File>Save Movie File.
-Enter a name for your movie.
-Choose the folder you want to save the movie to.
-Click "next".
[At this point the default is "best quality for playback on my computer (recommended).] Click "Show more choices."
-Choose "best fit to file size" option.
-Choose your file size.
-Click "next".

Your movie should now be saved to your chosen file size.

Caution: you may lose some video quality.

You'll have to re-encode the video (compress it). Try using Divx codec. You'll lose a little quality but the size will be smaller. If that is not enough adjust video size. Still not enough try lowing the bit rate but i don't like doing that unless i have to. Or u can try editing out credits and/or parts of video that are not needed.
