Well this is one argument that could be fought for years to come! I don't think it really has anything to do with the gender of a person, but what kind of person they are. That's what makes someone reliable.

depends... in a relationship... i think women are usually but in friendships i think men are usually... it all depends... but the individuals can make a big difference too...
