I have tried several acne products (even proactiv) and nothing seems to work for me. What is the best treatment for acne? Also, how do I get rid of those nasty dark spots left by the acne?

2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2-3 x day. Hair and nails grow long too. Has 93 vitamins and minerals. Use alcohol and cotton pads to clean skin and clear up spots. Pure coconut oil is great also. I have used both these products and they work very well. The coconut oil keeps skin smooth and clean without further breakouts. Both are very inexpensive too. You will see some pimples the first few days, but after that you will have beautiful clear skin. Take this advice for a 50 year old that had acne for 40 years. Now I have smooth clear skin.

May be that you need to go to a Dermatologis and get Prescription Retina -A(over the counter or amt in creams etc is not strong enough to be effective-need prscription stength.) for you may need to determine cause of your acne in order to get rid of it. Try getting some BRAGGS Brown Unprocessed Vinegar(from any health food store -which still has enzymes, minerals etc still in it) add to 1/2cup luke warm water 1 1/2 tablespoon of the vinegar and after cleasing with mild soap like DOVE apply to affected skin /face with cotton pad-will kill the bacteria present in acne-vinegar known since ancient times of the Romans to destroy bacterial, viral and fungul caused conditions.) dries out the acne and heals skin -also restors skin to healthy PH Level. Do this every Am and PM> every 3-4days do a mask of the 1 1/2tabslespoon of vinegar mix with approx 1 large tablespoon of HONEY some water -enough to make a paste and leave on face approx 10-15 min the honey decreases inflammation-the redness, heals tightens along with the bacterial killing effects of the vinegar-can also add 1 egg white-will tighten the skin.On the dark spots again go to the Dermatologist and get some Bleaching cream-do not do this with over the counter for they bleach the skin-will lighten the dark spots and only dermatologist qualified to give you prescription strength that is right for YOUR Skin tone.

Removal of acne scars is a fine and delicate procedure and might just require a combination of procedures which are mentioned below. Do in depth research of the cosmetic surgeon whom you wish to get operated by. Make sure all the questions you have, are answered before you take the final step, such as what is his status in the field he specializes? Judge the results by viewing before and after photographs of previous cases as well as refer the testimonials of previous patients. These and many more queries that you may harbor must be duly solved before you finalize the procedure for your acne scars.

Aloe Vera gel is very good for acne scars. It's less expensive and needs no extra ingredient. Just a little messy. :D

Like scars? I have those too and they wont go away!!!! but a skin ligtener or cocoa butter may help. Mine seem less noticeable when i am really tan, or wear a really good concealer. Those are some options but remember, U are still beautiful so do not fret, it's what's inside that matters.
