I like Lancomes Adaptive, but if you don't have a lot of money L'Oreal True Match is really good (huge color selection, and it looks nice on the skin). I really like MAC concealers, drug store brand concealers are horrible and a waste of time and money.

Haha, good answer Mzenya... I use the same! Bare esscentuals and bare minerals. They provide great coverage whether you need just a light cover and on bad days when you have several blemishes to hide. Their products are great as they are about the only ones that don't make me break out worse, even when I fall asleep in my makeup. Also, their foundation comes with SPF in it so it protects your skin and keeps it healthy. I live in a sunny city, and it has saved my butt a lot, because I'm horrible about remembering sunscreen unless I'm headed to the beach.

This is hard to say because it really depends on the type of skin you have and the issues you have with your skin type. My best advice is to go to a high-end department store like Bon-Ton, Macys or J.C. Penny's , Hecht Co......you get the idea. Go to the makeup counter in one of these stores ...do it during the daytime ....maybe a Tuesday morning when they aren't that busy and the saleslady can help you choose and also provide some sampling of each product.

good makeup has taken me a long time to find! I have very sensitIve skin so i have to be careful what i buy, and ive spent lots of money trying to find the right one and I'm picky, i dint like makeup that looks like cake batter. I have found that lancome compact works the best, has good coverage and very natural, but the liquid i didn't like. For foundation and concealer i use Clarins, you can find it at Macy's its kinda pricey but you'll love it!!

clinique clarifying makeup is water based and covers really well. Give it a try at the counter and they will apply it for u so u can test it out before purchasing it.
