True story: the reason that when the U.S. has 5-star generals, the rank is called "General of the Army" rather than the corresponding British rank of Field Marshal is that when the rank was invented, the first candidate that they had in mind for is was General George Marshall. He didn't want to be called Marshal Marshall!

Yup. Im a pilot. My final call is Captain.. i'm Captain Captain. I did legally exchange my call nevertheless.. previously it replaced into Mann *shivers* So each and every time I have been given noted as up, it replaced into Mr. Mann.
