Given that there are typically more people looking for work than there are jobs, I would expect that you'd need to be bringing some specialized skills which are in demand but short supply in order to get a work visa. Or you might be brought it by a multi-national corporation on a temporary assignment. The other alternative is to bring lots of money of your own to invest and create jobs for yourself and a good number of locals.
