Adam's first wife was Lilith, so Cain and Abel married their half-sisters.

Actually, the Lilith theory didn't come into being until somewhere around the 8th century. The only mention of Lilith in the Hebrew bible is in Isaiah 34:14, and it had nothing to do with Adam's wife. The idea stems from the fact that the creation of man and wife is mentioned twice, in the first and second chapters of Genesis respectively.
As for who they married, it's like anything else in the bible. Just because it isn't mentioned, doesn't mean it didn't happen. Just because the bible doesn't mention God creating wives for the children of Adam and Eve, doesn't mean it didn't happen. The history of creation is pretty long to cover every detail in one book.
Of course, the brothers and sisters could have married as well. Back then, God winked at such things, and certain commandments towards such acts weren't yet given. We were also a newborn race at that time, so the genetic problems that would normally be caused by such unions would not have necessarily happened with such a pure genetic strain.

Adam lived to be 930 yrs old! The bible says he had Cain, Abel, and Seth and many other sons and daughters. Seth also lived 912 yrs and had many sons and daughters. It really didn't take long for just 2 people to multiply into thousands so it wasn't like these brothers and sister and cousins all grew up together.
They didn't even know each other!
It wasn't considered "incest" then. It became against God's law sometime after Leviticus. I am not a Bible scholar. I am only stating my opinion based on what I have read!!

It is quite possible that since Eve came from Adam's side that Adam's sons had wives form from their sides.
