Is there any contract with WI cricket Board to start Spectacle company for SACHIN & Dhoni scored spectacle?

Is West Indian Cricket Board entered into a contract with SACHIN & Dhoni to start spectacle factory in that country. They have exhibited their intention clear BCCI also may invest in that venture showing SACHIN,HIS SON & HIS WIFE in ads to boost the sales.
