When I'm not having me period, I like to wear a panty-liner. Does wearing a panty liner for 14 hours without changing it increase my chances of getting a yeast infection?

It could so it isn't a good idea to wear a panty liner for that long even with your period, you should change it every 4 to 6 hours just to prevent any infections
