Ratings for DVD commentaries?

Question

As a film buff, I have lately gotten more interested in the commentary provided on lots of DVD's than the films themselves. A good commentary by a director or other talent on a film often provides incredible insight into technique, method, style, choices, acting, writing, etc., much more revelatory than most film reviewers or critics. Is there anyone or place that is rating commentaries? If not, do you think such a site or book would get many visitors if the rater(s) true movie aficionados?
