It's called a Segway and it works similary to a motorcycle, Twist the handle to accelerate and pull the brake bar to stop...not by leaning, my grandma used one to do shopping. there is a third wheel underneath which keeps balance for you and is useful if you're a senior citizen.Hope this answer tells you what you wanted to know.
