Orchids like a lot of humidity.
I have mine in a 3 tier/4 bulbs of high intensity on each tier. The trays are filled with water and I have eggcrate panels sitting on the trays to creat a humidy tray, as the pots should never be sitting in the water. My orchids are doing real well since I bought this.
Depending on the orchids you have - some like a lot of light with some at medium lights. Never direct sunlight. They also like air movements, therefore having a fan will help them too.
Watering too much can kill an orchid faster than anything.

Orchid do not need so much water. Read this through as what I did. It really helps in getting your Orchid bloom healthy. Good luck.

Orchids are pretty hard to kill. Most likely you are over watering it. I pretty much water mine like every 6 weeks and they seem to do pretty well.
Give it sun, but not "hot" sun. Put your hand next to you plant and if after a minute your hand is hot, move the plant to somewhere where that wont happen.
Good Luck

Try re-potting it.My guess is it is too wet and has rotted the roots.
