Hello I have a question. I am 7 weeks pregnant. Last week I was cramping and went to the Dr. they did a ultrasound and the blood test and everything is normal. This morning my husband and I has sex. About 12 hrs later I go to wipe and there is blood on the TP pink in color. Is this normal?? I am not cramping now.

Just to be on the safe side, you should go seek medical attention. I hope that things go okay for you. It could possibly be happening because of the force on the uterine walls from where you had sex. I wish you the best of luck.

I had the same thing happen to me at 6 weeks and then at 8 weeks at my first prenatal appointment. They told me that the blood vessels on your cervix are tender and when you have sex they can tear. They told me know to worry unless it was bright red with cramping and blood flow more than a normal period. The blood should turn brown in a few hours to a day from when you first saw it. If it doesn't or it increases, go to the ER.

When you are pregnant, your vaginal area becomes even more sensitive than usual. Sometimes the tissue tear and this may cause a small amount of bleeding. Sex can also be a little uncomfortable too, because of changes in the cervix and uterus during pregnancy. Ask your husband to be a little more gentle with you now and find a position that puts less of a strain on you.

it could be some old blood or an infection... As long as the blood isnt bright red and doesnt come out in cloths you should be ok... I had some red blood too and it was due to an infection that I had... Btw cramping is totally normal it is just your uterus stretching for your baby!!! If you still are worried go and see a doctor but dont stress out, that is not good for the baby good luck...

I had that at 6 weeks. You need to go get checked out in case. They told me that I was okay that it was where the cord attaches sometimes it bleeds but goes away in a few days. It also could mean infection. Go get checked out.
