Try the press and sun bulletin newspaper web site I am pretty sure they have things in there archives also try the library in downtown Binghamton they might be able to help I lived in the Vestal area a good part of my life but I am drawing a blank to the name of the street. Oh how I miss that area I loved that neck of the woods
