I love music. But I'm having a real issue with current mainstream music. With the exception of Jet and a few others, today's music just doesn't do it for me. I'd like your recommendations of some more obscure or underground bands. I like a little of everything (and a lot of some things), so anything you like and think other people might like to hear about...lay it on me.

Check out Toby Lightman. She's one of my favorites. Also check out Mobile, and if you need to mellow out Hem is always good for that.
