ok i have an enabled bluetooth computer but when i try to connect my bluetooth it says "bluetooth has not started" what the heck does that mean? am i connecting it the wrong way (i'm not using any kind of ports because it told me not to)

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.

You need to give us more details.
First, what kind of device are you trying to connect with?
Second, what kind of computer do you have... model, brand?
