The proton is composed of 3 quarks, 2 up and 1 down.
The electron is considered an elementary particle. We have no evidence that it is composed of anything smaller.

Well, structure is a whole other world than I'm in. It has to do with quarks and things. All I can say is a neutron happens when a proton and electron collide. Protons are large and make up approximately half the nucleus, electrons are tiny and make up the "electron shells" where they spend 90 percent of their time. Electrons are what interact with other atoms/mollecules.

Interesting note: Because an electron shell is just where an electron spends 90 percent of its time, there is a chance of finding an electron at any point in space, regardless of the presence of matter or not.

Protons have significantly more mass than
electrons. Indeed, for most intents and purposes
electrons are considered massless.

this is simple one they differ not only in weight but also in charge
