I'm sorry. It appears that English is not your native language. I have a Bachelor's degree in English, but I am having trouble even understanding your question. I would really like to help! I suggest you try to find a native English speaker who has some background in writing, or contact someone in your class. (assuming this is for some class assignment) Maybe your instructor can meet with you individually. Best of luck!

Try organising what you are about to write first. Once you brainstormed those ideas, use linking words or phrases so there will be consistency and coherence in your sentences. Now, if you're still distressed about this matter, begin by writng a topic sentence first, then try to elaborate on it.This should enable you to effectuate your execution in the proper manner. Or an alternative would just be reading. Reading helps you expand a wider range of author's style of writing and you can take advantage of that by recognising those patterns in their writings.

I'm not sure what you are talking about but maybe capitalizing the first word in a sentence might help.
