If you do not bathe during your menstruation period, then the people around you may go crazy--about the smell. Of course you can bathe! Who told you you would go crazy? That's nonsense!

Oh my gawhd, that is so strange. My Portuguese girlfriend thought that was true years ago. She was told by her family that it happened to her aunt. It is totally untrue. If anything, relaxing in a nice warm bath will keep you from pms-ing. I finally convinced my friend by telling her that all of the female relatives I had were just fine despite the bathing they did. She eventually saw the reason in that.

no you wont go crazy but i have heard that taking showers are a lot healthier for women because sitting in baths with all the dirt that just came off your body might cause infections in women

the problem would arise only if DO NOT TAKE A BATH. imagine losing all your near and dear ones when you stink, and yes then you might go crazy being alone.

It's actually good to bathe when you're on your period... it stops the bleeding for a while & can relax you!

No but taking a bath will help you with your period and makes the bleeding stop and it helps with your cramos to...

No but i would definitely take the time to bathe.No one wants to be around bad odors.As far as your mind is concerned you will remain sane.
