This is a genetic trait. Have you ever heard the expressions during the family parties? Oh you have the Smith shoulders. When you are a girl and have football shoulders, you will hate it, but the upside is that your sons may get them.
So they will say, "Oh you have the Smith womens arms" Yikes, so maybe check grandmas arms and they are flabby and act like sails when she lifts her arms. You know you are in trouble. Women tend to collect fatty (adipose tissues) in certain areas and maybe yours is on your arms. Do not panic. There are arm trimmer exericises. Find and ask a local gym.
Men dont generally complain that their arms are big so you must be female.
There are the exercises and they will not only make your arms fit and trim, it will take away any flab. If exercise is not your cup of tea, you can always wear sleeved dresses.

I was born with skinny arms.......and trust me you dont want skinny arms. I can't gain weight on my arms and I look like a long armed freak lol.

ummm try do some small weights i know it sounds stupid but it really helps believe me. like just try some small handweights with the weight that suites u

cardio for 10 minutes, push-ups, and pilates. NO WEIGHTS. just aerobic exercises to promote toning. if you use weights it'll get bigger, muscler-lier
