I know Capoeira is originally from Angola. But Brazilian culture can be thought of as a Hybrid culture. All of it has African roots, but its not purely African.

I've been to Brazil and melanin varies , however 80% of RIO DE JENEIRO is BLACK that is why most of the people there are brown and dark brown and Beautiful.
If it wasn't for that black blood they would look like crap.
