We are located in Jacksonville, Fla. and are about to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We provide rescue, rehabilitation and release for indegenous species, and foster homes for exotics. No animal winds up in a pet store, we adopt out only within the society. We are very concerned with the the new legislation concerning exotics that we see creeping up all over the country, and hope to provide a better alternative than legislating the industry to death. I am anxious to hear feedback. Thanks,

My family and I operated a reptile rescue in FL up until we moved to TN last November. We haven't resumed the rescue since we got here, (still contacting F&WL). We are building enclosures to handle not only our Burms, but any other larger species that may come our way, so if you need to foster some of the "big guns" we are making room.
I we can help in any way, please feel free to contact us.

I truly have properly-known this for many, some years! each golden That I truly have come into touch with that became a renounce or a flow and if the Golden became additionally observed by utilising AKC paper we contacted AKC in the present day with void for the time of their registration papers. to no longer accomplish which would be a contravention of ethics and a unscrupulous action on any rescues section. They risk their loosing their non earnings status and lots greater! If everyone ever says's they obtained a Golden or the different dogs by using a rescue and had valid AKC papers provided by utilising that rescue, then additionally claimed that they confirmed or titled that dogs i'd examine out them and the rescue that allowed this to ensue as being responsible of something unethical and shady! that's actually no longer executed!

I don't know if this is the best place to ask.

You may want to try Craigslist and your local shelter/Humane Society.

In any case: Good luck in your search and congrats on the 20th anniversary!
